- Confidence & Mental Toughness
Savage Athlete participants will be educated on multiple barbell lifts (Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, etc.), the Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk & the Snatch), and many bodyweight movements (Pull Ups, Push Ups, Dips) to name a few. No experience at all is necessary to join this program. If your child is participating in organized sports, many of the lifts and movements are the same ones that they will be exposed to in high school/college training programs and beyond. Our program provides a solid technical foundation for those later years.
Proper technique is CRITICAL to gaining strength & power in addition to avoiding injury. Our Coaches are extensively trained and experienced in all movements. No one will be pushed beyond their capacity – and increases in weight will only be allowed under the close supervision and instruction of a coach.
