WARMUP

10 air squats

10 PVC deadlift

10 press

10 standing tuck jumps

FITNESS & PERFORMANCE

1)4x5 STRICT PRESS

*your final set should be a 5rm

2)4x5. Wall Walk + standing broad jump

*complete 1 wall walk then 1 broad jump immediately upon back at start position. Repeat for a total of 5 reps.

WOD

4 rounds@60% of 5rm

ME STRICT PRESS + ME PUSH PRESS + ME PUSH JERK + ME SPLIT JERK
