As many of you have noticed, we have instituted a new method of programming for our strength and weightlifting entitled "Fitness" and "Performance". These levels will be explained more in depth within the next week but are primarily to address all athletes, at all levels, and ensure everyone progresses quickly and consistently. This is NOT an option to cherry-pick workouts. We will have requirements and measuring scales to see in which level, "Fitness" or "Performance", you should fall and perform for the daily workout. This is about getting strong. Getting more fit. Learning to walk before we run. From one level to the next, movements will become more intense and complicated, and require a sound understanding of the technique and mechanics of movements. Regardless of the level, full range of motion will always be required. Get ready to work hard and get ready to hit some goals. And remember, if you're not getting better, you're getting worse. Work hard.
