WARM UP
Team Handball WEIGHTLIFTING 1RM Clean & Jerk WOD (4) 6 minute quarters, 1 minute rest between 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, 3 minute rest between 2 and 3 for halftime Teams of 2. Both team members must be working at same time. Switch until all reps are complete. Must complete each scoring option at least once during game. *Touchdown - 6 points 50 Wall Balls (20/14) 50 Burpees *2 Point Conversion 5 muscle ups each partner (ring or bar) *Extra Point - 1 point 250m Row 75 Double Unders (300 single unders) *Field Goal - 3 points 50 SDHP (95/65) 50 KB Swings (53/35)
