(4) 6 minute quarters, 1 minute rest between 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, 3 minute rest between 2 and 3 for halftime

Teams of 2. Both team members must be working at same time. Switch until all reps are complete. Must complete each scoring option at least once during game.

5 muscle ups each partner (ring or bar)

*Extra Point - 1 point
250m Row
75 Double Unders (300 single unders)
