Its an excellent push/pull WOD that enables you to really push the throttle the entire time. At 155/105, its bound to make those muscles burn; of course if that's too heavy, lighten the load and go hard! And remember, it could always be worse, Double DT was an event in the 2016 CrossFit Games!!!

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and son T.J.
