GETTING STARTED IS EASY 


STEP 1

SCHEDULE YOUR "NO SWEAT" INTRO

During your “No Sweat" Intro we will get you started on a path towards your fitness goals and help you pick the right program tailored specifically for you.  We want to meet with you in order to make sure we give you the personal attention about your health, nutrition, goal setting and lifestyle you deserve.

STEP 2

Following the FREE Intro Session all new members are required to take 5 One on One Sessions with one of our certified trainers. The total cost is $199 for the 5 sessions which will cover the fundamental movements found in our programs in a safe environment without adding intensity, until you show proficiency in the movements.
